Collection: Spring 2026

Disability, mental illness, gender, religion, pop culture, and love all end up in the same reality TV confessional booth.

This new collection centers the color red and the 3 tenets of Aguilar's gut feelings: love, anger, and their Indigenous identity.

Written in the aftermath of leaving a Mennonite upbringing, these poems chart a journey of breaking away.

Combining the flirtatious swagger of a cowboy and the playful glee of a queer artist, Avery makes poetry fun again.
